If you find that you need a little help getting your router or other equipment to cooperate please dont hesitate to call us. Though we are not obligated by the terms of service to provice support to devices past the radio (ie your router) we love our customers and want to help as much as we can. Please give us a call at 512-200-4204 and we will do our best to get you back online. Most of these services are proviced free of charge, but some troubleshooting and repair of your equipment may require a fee depending on the time taken to resolve your issue. Typical rates are billed at $25 an hour.

If you are experiencing a slow connection or no connecection to the internet this could be a problem with the Spry Network equipment and once we get your call we will dispatch a technician to your location within the hour. There is no charge for Spry owned hardware that has failed, needs repair, or needs to be replaced.
