01/10/2014: Delays for Installations

In an effort to keep you informed as to the status of our operation we are passing along information which may affect new, or current customers who need radio replacements at their premises.

As of January 1st of this year the supply chain of equipment we use to bring you our service has been interrupted causing delays in our ability to promptly get your service installed/ bad equipment replaced. We have no choice in this matter but to apologize for any inconvenience.

In general we are able to order small quantities of units that will arrive on Friday of each week. This forces us to have to schedule our installations and repairs for Saturday and Sunday of each week.

We have been advised that this inconvenience will be ongoing through March and possibly April.

WE CAN STILL OFFER YOU SPRY'S OUTSTANDING INTERNET SERVICE! OUR ONLY ISSUE IS THE TIMING THAT WE MUST ABIDE BY DUE TO FACTORS BEYOND OUR CONTROL. PLEASE BEAR WITH US AS WE DO THE BEST WE CAN TO GET TO ALL REQUESTS FOR SERVICE. WE APPRECIATE YOUR INTEREST AND WANT TO BE YOUR PROVIDER, JUST UNDERSTAND THAT YOUR INSTALL MAY TAKE UP TO 10 DAYS FROM WHEN YOU CONTACT US.

Thanks for your patience and interest in Spry, we look forward to serving you soon!

Keeping You Informed

We think it's important to keep subscribers informed of specific issues which may cause a temporary degradation in service and performance.

Though we monitor the entire network with state of the art applications and hardware, should you experience an issue with speed or connectivity you should call us directly so that we may address the issue. We can be reached at 512.216.5708. Please leave a message if you do not get an answer and we will return your call as soon as possible.

It is not unusual for your internet to occasionally "flicker", or be off for a few seconds. This is caused by our controllers optimizing the network for the current usage patterns. Most of the time this will be less than 20 seconds and shouldnt occur too often.
